Our Story β Full Transparency
What happened at launch. And what we're doing about it.
We believe in owning our history β the good and the bad. Here's what happened when $UTIL first launched a few years ago, and how we plan to make things right.
The launch didn't go as planned
$UTIL launched as a Cardano utility token with a community pre-sale meant to fund development. But the liquidity pool opened badly, and snipers hit the pool in the first moments. The result was an early pump & dump that hurt the chart and the community.
Early supporters paid the price
Some of our earliest and most loyal supporters bought at the top of that spike and saw their funds lose value. Worse than the losses, the project lost the trust and momentum it needed β many supporters moved on.
Our X/Twitter was suspended
To make things harder, our original Twitter/X account was suspended without any explanation, cutting off our main community channel right when we needed it most. Rebuilding from silence is tough β but we're doing it.
Making it right. π€
